Consultations

A Consultation starts with a room by room walkthrough of the home. This is the opportunity to view the home as a perspective buyer would see it and allows me to take notes and observe what changes might need to be made to make the home more appealing. We will then discuss your target market and the trends geared to your specific demographic such as families vs singles. I will also review curb appeal and make suggestions that may include landscaping and even paint to make the strongest impression possible.

Staging

Once everything has been reviewed, I can carry out most of the recommended changes (decluttering, neutralizing style, redesign and staging) Depending on which kind of Staging you’ve chosen, I will either work with the items you currently own, or will advise or shop for items necessary to complete the aesthetic. When buyers come to visit your home they should be able to walk effortlessly from room to room and be able to envision themselves in the space.

My background and 20+ year career as a Photography Stylist and Production Designer for some of the biggest brands in the U.S. has allowed me to build an incredible resource library for everything from furniture to party ware. Styling for Photo Shoots, TV and Video requires intense organization and a detail oriented philosophy and the ability to wear many hats at one time.
